Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

In the following policy, “We”, “Us”, and “Our” stands for PhdFY, whereas “You” and “Your” denotes the clients.
This policy encompasses all the rules and regulations that We follow to provide You with the most streamlined content development and delivery process.

Deadlines: Whenever We are approached with a project, we set a tentative deadline based on the forecasted word count.

Setting a Deadline

Whenever We are approached with a project, we set a tentative deadline based on the forecasted word count. Depending on how many words You initially want Us to write, we set a tentative deadline. If the amount is below 20,000 words, then there is only one fixed date on which We will be sending all the files to you. However, if the amount is above that, We divide it into batches of 15,000-20,000 words and set delivery dates bi-weekly for each batch.

Meeting the Deadline

We meet almost all of Our set deadlines; however, unavoidable circumstances can come due to which We might fail to meet them. Should that happen, We will inform you about the same before the deadline.

Primary Delivery Thread

For ease of understanding and tracking, We create a Primary Delivery Thread on Gmail with you. And We send Your content there on the predetermined dates sharp at Our default delivery timing.
Note that if You are a recurring client, We would create such threads for each month and send that particular month’s deliverables there.
